- Re-CO2gnition offers a diverse spectrum of work including: strategic site searching, evaluation of sites, landowner engagement, client engagement, negotiation of exclusivity agreements, and negotiation of option and lease documentation, managing and directing the process of project management in the development phase of renewable energy developments.
- Re-CO2gnition supports specialists within the Renewable Energy Development phase who can provide data insights, financial modelling, grid analysis, mapping and land referencing expertise to support the identification and evaluation of potential sites for renewable energy generation.
- Working with grid connection feasibility specialist consultants, planning consultants, and consulting engineers on behalf of landowners to assess renewable energy opportunities on landowners’ landholdings for front of the meter corporate remote PPA off-taking.
- Co-ordinate and manage specialists' inputs from third party consultants and other external stakeholders for project progression.
- Working with landowners’ agents/advisors to structure land agreements for a range of project types - free of charge to landowners, assessing their site for feasibility of grid connection and preliminary planning appraisal.
- Potential for involvement in the valuation, acquisition and disposal of renewable energy assets.
- Building strong relationships with clients and reporting to them professionally.
- Policy analysis and research of key technologies/sectors.
- Develop innovative solutions, problem solving in development of a given project, and also leverage opportunities from the contact network.
- Able to travel and attend meetings across the UK .
